The Toronto Blue Jays and starter Shaun Marcum reached an agreement on a 1 year deal worth 850k which will mean no arbitration for Marcum. Marcum is in the mist of returning from Tommy John surgery and appeared in only 5 rehab starts last season going 0-2 with a 2.30 ERA.
