The Toronto Blue Jays have inked 2012 MLB All-Star Game MVP outfielder Melky Cabrera two year, 16 million dollar contract. Cabrera is probably best known for the 50 game suspension he was assessed last year after testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone. The Blue Jays are gambling he can play close to his pre-suspension form.
